nRole – Consultant
nWe are looking for a Intensivist with strong clinical expertise to lead and manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setup.
nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Lead and manage ICU operations and critically ill patients with evidence-based caren
- Expertise in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilatory managementn
- Perform bedside bronchoscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures (POCUS)n
- Independently perform invasive procedures (arterial lines, central lines, dialysis catheters)n




- Perform and manage percutaneous tracheostomiesn
- Manage advanced life-support systems: CRRT, ECMO, IABPn
- Drive clinical governance, ICU protocols, and NABH compliancen
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination with consultants, nursing, and allied teamsn
- Mentor and train junior doctors, residents, and ICU staffn
- Communicate effectively with patient families regarding prognosis and care plansn

nQualifications

- n
- MBBS with MD / DNB (General Medicine / Anesthesia)n
- Super-specialization in Critical Care:n
- DM/DrNB/IDCCMn

nExperience
n
- n
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in critical caren
- Experience in tertiary care / high-volume ICU setups preferredn
