nResponsibilities

- Be an integral part of a growing team, play a key role in building and transitioning functional capability to the service centren
- Be responsible for the review of policy wordings across various industry segments as per established and best practicesn
- Meet SLAs on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT as per agreed standardsn
- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessaryn
- Act as a mentor to team to ensure they have working knowledge of systems and established processes. Ensure up-skilling of team as per requirementn
- Ideate and identify opportunities for process improvements, calibrate and streamline processesn
