Role & responsibilities:

What Youll Do:
Recommending and educating customers on high-quality, doctor-approved branded generic substitutes and help them save on costs.
Handle and resolve customer queries about prescriptions, medicines, and orders via voice support.
Accurately interpret and verify prescriptions.
Provide transparent, empathetic, and skilled customer assistance.
Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, escalations, and issue resolution.
Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policy.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.
D. Pharma or B. Pharma qualification required.
Prior experience in an ePharmacy or online healthcare setup is a big plus!
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends (with weekday offs).
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus!).
Solid prescription-reading ability and attention to detail.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with patience and professionalism.
