Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance
Job ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
Welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
Handle walk-in customers and generate sales leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with the sales, design, accounts, and project teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain showroom displays, product presentations, and overall showroom appearance.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, enquiry details, and follow-up status.
Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate for stock requirements.




Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Train and guide showroom staff to improve sales and customer service.
Ensure proper discipline, cleanliness, and qualified standards within the showroom.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
