About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for GCC (Global Capability Center) IT hiring mandates.

You will lead a team of freelance recruiters, allocate positions, monitor delivery, ensure quality submissions, conduct screening, coordinate with clients, and drive successful closures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of freelance recruiters.
Handle GCC IT hiring across technologies and seniority levels.
Assign and track hiring mandates.
Screen and shortlist candidates.




Ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.
Coordinate interviews and offer closures.
Mentor recruiters and improve team productivity.
Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.
Meet client SLAs and hiring timelines.

Skills Required
GCC IT recruitment experience.
Team handling experience.
Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri and Boolean search.
Excellent stakeholder management.
ATS and CRM knowledge.
Robust communication skills.
