Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff.
Handle customer appointments, queries, feedback, and complaints.
Ensure high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
Manage inventory, products, and salon supplies.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Promote salon services, packages,



and products to increase revenue.
Maintain proper cleanliness, grooming, and qualified standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:
Previous experience in salon management or a similar role preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Knowledge of salon services, products, and basic operations.
