Set up and manage VMC machine for production, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Program VMC machines using G-code to produce complex parts with high accuracy and precision.
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
Monitor machine operations during production runs, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes and improve overall productivity.
