We are looking for a energetic and motivated Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition qualified to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions/interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Support market mapping and talent pipeline building for critical positions
