Job Purpose:
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing and servicing Lithium-Ion batteries used in electric scooters while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose faulty Lithium-Ion battery packs.
Troubleshoot BMS, cells, wiring, connectors and electrical faults.
Carry out approved battery repairs and component replacements.
Conduct voltage, charging, discharge and performance tests.
Ensure all repaired batteries pass quality checks before dispatch.
Maintain battery repair and testing records.
Properly classify damaged, repairable and scrap components.
Follow strict Lithium-Ion battery safety and PPE procedures.
Escalate hazardous or complex battery issues to the Technical Head.

Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile or related field, with experience in Lithium-Ion batteries/BMS/EV servicing preferred.

Key Skills:
Electrical troubleshooting, BMS diagnostics, battery testing, attention to detail, safety awareness and documentation.
