Job Description
Visit franchise outlets across India and support day-to-day operations.
Ensure franchise partners follow company standards and guidelines.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise owners.
Provide training, operational guidance, and support to franchise teams.
Monitor franchise performance and suggest improvements.
Assist in setting up recent franchise outlets and coordinate execution.
Resolve operational issues and maintain solid franchise relationships.
Prepare regular reports on franchise performance and compliance.

Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
24 years of experience in franchise operations or business development.
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willing to travel extensively across India.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Benefits
Salary: 30,000 35,000 CTC per month.
Travel allowances as per company policy.
