About the Role

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Pharma Marketing Executive / Officer with a background in B.Pharm / M.Pharm and MBA in Marketing. The candidate will support the Marketing team in developing and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or an early-career qualified looking to build a career in Pharmaceutical Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team in developing and implementing brand and product marketing strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, product analysis, and customer/market insights.
Assist in preparing product presentations, promotional materials, product literature, visual aids, and marketing communication.
Coordinate with the Regulatory, Production, and other internal teams for marketing activities.
Track product performance, sales trends, market developments, and competitor activities.




Assist in developing product positioning, key communication messages, and promotional campaigns.
Support marketing events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Prepare regular MIS, reports, presentations, and marketing updates for management.
Work closely with senior marketing managers on day-to-day business development activities.

Skills & Qualifications:
Valuable understanding of pharmaceutical products, and healthcare markets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good analytical and research capabilities.
Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good in Communication

Education:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm with Full time MBA in Marketing (MUST).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with exposure to pharmaceutical marketing/product management internships or projects may also be considered.
