Lead civil & site execution for residential projects

Manage Civil Enggs, Site Executives, supervisors, contractor/subcontractors

Ensure execution as per drawings, BOQ, spec,QA standards

Ensure safety, housekeeping & proper site documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Solid knowledge of residential building construction and civil engineering works.

Excellent understanding of structural and finishing activities.

Strong contractor and subcontractor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams, contractors, and suppliers simultaneously.

Robust project planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.

Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, measurements, and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage projects independently and deliver within timelines and quality parameters.

Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
