Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Caecilians Technologies.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and refining strategies based on data insights.



The role involves using web analytics tools to track key metrics, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

The specialist will also support SEO initiatives, maintain the company’s online presence, and contribute ideas to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience running multi-channel campaigns.

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) to build and engage audiences.

- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external messaging.

- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.

- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and present insights in a concise, actionable format.

- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
