About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can think strategically and execute hands-on someone who knows how to grow a brand's presence, build community, and turn followers into a movement. You'll play a key role in shaping how Beyond Small Talk shows up online.

What You'll Do

- Design and drive digital marketing strategy across Instagram and other platforms
- Own the content calendar, campaign planning, and brand storytelling




- Plan and manage paid social/performance marketing campaigns
- Track performance metrics and translate data into decisions
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and the events team
- Stay ahead of trends in the dating, lifestyle, and community space

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media strategy
- Solid understanding of Instagram growth and content strategy
- Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta Ads, etc.)
- A data-driven approach paired with creative, strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with lifestyle, dating, D2C, or community-led brands is a plus
