As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kota.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- SEO & SEM: Boost organic traffic through keyword strategy, on-page/off-page SEO, and backlinking.
- Social Media Marketing: Create and manage content calendars, schedule posts, and actively engage with audiences across social channels.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and monitor email campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and similar platforms.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging, brand-aligned content across digital channels.
- Influencer & Affiliate Marketing:



Identify and coordinate with influencers and affiliate partners to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Agency & Team Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing activities.
- Follow-ups & Execution: Ensure timely follow-ups, campaign tracking, and smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion/luxury segment
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital trends
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with jewelry or luxury products is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
