DAR Jewellery is looking for a confident, customer-focused and target-oriented Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team.
If you have experience in diamond jewellery, premium jewellery or branded jewellery sales and enjoy interacting with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the jewellery industry.
Your Role
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences and budget.
- Promote and sell diamond jewellery and premium jewellery collections.
- Explain diamond quality, product features, pricing, offers and schemes.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their needs and occasions.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews and future purchases.
- Maintain attractive and organized jewellery displays and counters.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth and premium showroom experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery sales preferred.
- Experience in diamond jewellery or premium jewellery sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates from reputed jewellery showrooms are preferred.
- Tamil communication is essential; English is an advantage.
- Positive communication, customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable and positive personality.
- Strong sales orientation and target-achievement mindset.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
