Job Summary The Digital COE is a young initiative, and has been set up less than 4 years back. In this short span, we have digitized large parts of the digital value chain across all the distribution channels. We have had some great successes with digitizing the sales processes. This is just the beginning. We are custodians of digital initiatives for:

- Higher revenue
- Better productivity (reduced costs)
- Enhanced seller and customer experience

We are continuously refining and redefining our existing digital tools, increasing adoption of tools on field. In high churn distribution channels, there are always new users who need to be communicated about the value proposition of adopting the digital way of working. Hence, we constantly evolve the way we interact with field teams to drive adoption through innovative marketing and training practices.



The tools give us a wealth of data which needs to be analyzed through smart analytics to enrich business decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Analysis & Solution Design: Gather and analyze requirements, define scope, create BRDs/FRDs, and ensure solution fitment aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee integration design, API specifications, data models, and ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Project Delivery & Governance: Plan and manage end-to-end delivery, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and vendor coordination using Agile/DevOps practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to align priorities and facilitate decision-making.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test strategies, manage UAT, and ensure robust release and change management processes.
- Compliance & Security: Maintain ITGC, data privacy, and audit readiness; implement monitoring and observability frameworks.
- Adoption & Continuous Improvement: Drive user training, change management, and post-implementation reviews to optimize performance and business value.

Key Competencies/Skills Required

Comprehensive expertise in business analysis and solution design, technical leadership (API/integration, data modeling, cloud, security), Agile project delivery and governance, stakeholder management, quality assurance and compliance, supported by strong leadership traits such as ownership, problem-solving, and customer-centricity; proficient in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Postman, Swagger, SQL, with preferred certifications in Agile, PMP, CBAP, TOGAF, and cloud technologies
