Role Description The Delivery Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Australia, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of immigration and visa consulting services. This role includes managing client engagements from initial consultation through application submission and follow-up, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

The Delivery

Manager will coordinate and lead consulting and operations teams, allocate resources, and monitor progress across multiple client cases. Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, resolving issues, optimizing processes, reporting on delivery performance,



and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves continuous improvement of service delivery frameworks and collaboration with leadership to support business goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Program Management and Delivery Management skills to oversee multiple client engagements and processes.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing client cases, documentation, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, teams, and external stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including coordinating workloads, mentoring team members, and fostering collaboration.
- Consulting experience, preferably in immigration, legal, or professional services, with the ability to provide structured guidance and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in project/program management are an asset.
- Experience in service delivery, operations management, or customer success in a consulting environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
