Key Responsibilities: Ø Penal Interest Calculation for policyholder’s payouts. Ø Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations Ø NPS Detractors analysis and take corrective action plan to improve the process. Ø Analyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement along with implementation.



Ø Open audit points to be closed within timeline and ensure timely submission of self-identified issues. Ø Responsible for various daily activities like sending SMS, Emails, WhatsApp to Policyholders and tracking. Ø Responsible for handling field queries related to payouts/penal. Ø SOP’s updation. Ø Company Initiated Payout request processing Measure of Success: Ø Reduction in Penal interest Ø NPS Target - >75% Ø Timely reporting of Dashboard/MIS Ø Maintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations. Ø Keep update on Audit Points and Timelines. Ø Timely SOP updation and maintenance

Desired qualifications and experience: Ø Should be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background & Professional qualification. Ø Good Knowledge of Ingenium Application. Ø Must have a minimum of 6-8 years in Insurance and handling the team. FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT Ø Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role. Ø Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role.
