Maintain QMS as per ISO 9001:2015, handle internal/customer audits, maintain records, monitor NCRs and CAPA, conduct RCA and 8D, handle customer complaints, ensure SOP/work-instruction compliance, track quality KPIs,coordinate with other departments.
Required Candidate profile
B.E./Dip Mech years’ experience in automotive/auto-component manufacturing. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, QMS documentation, audits, CAPA, 8D, RCA, NCR, customer complaints and 7 QC tools.
