Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: 15,000 35,000 per month (based on experience)

Work timings- 10AM- 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:
*Sales & Closures Handle incoming franchise inquiries and high-intent leads.

*Explain the Bharat e-Seva Kendra franchise model, investment, ROI, and support system

*Conduct detailed sales presentations (online and offline)

*Close franchise sales independently and with the team.

*Handle objections related to pricing, trust, competition, and decision delays

*Team Leadership & Management Guide, train,



and monitor junior sales executives and interns

*Assign daily tasks, review performance, and improve conversions

*Support juniors during difficult negotiations and final closures

*Build a disciplined, target-oriented sales culture

*CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM

*Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance

*Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.
