Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 telesales representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coach the team on sales pitches, handling objections, and closing loan products efficiently.
Monitor key performance metrics (calls, conversion rates, pipeline) and drive daily performance.
Build a high-energy, high-conversion team culture.
Requirements:
Proven track record in telesales management within the loan / NBFC / banking / fintech industry.
Robust team-building, leadership, and target-closing capabilities.
Highly result-oriented with a competitive drive.
