We are looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate service activities, customer requests, and field service engineers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely service support and maintaining proper service records.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule service calls for field service engineers.
Receive and record customer complaints and service requests.
Assign service calls to engineers based on location and technical requirements.
Follow up with engineers on service status and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with customers regarding service visits, schedules, and updates.
Maintain daily service reports, service records, and pending-call reports.
Follow up on spare parts requirements and coordinate with the service team.
Prepare and maintain service-related documents and reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Technical teams for smooth operations.
Track pending service calls and escalate critical issues to the Service Manager.
Maintain valuable communication with customers and ensure proper service follow-up.
Requirements
Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
0–3 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
