We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and customer support while ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Process and track customer orders and returns.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Optimize product listings for better visibility.
Resolve customer queries and support online promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Valuable Excel skills and robust communication abilities.
