Role Overview

Job Title: 3D Electrical Designer / BIM Modeler

Department: Engineering / Design

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Employment Type: Full time

Core Responsibilities
Create detailed 3D models of electrical systems (panels, cable trays, wire harnesses, and conduits).
Translate 2D electrical schematics and SLDs into accurate 3D spatial representations.
Ensure all designs and wire bend radius with industry standards (NEC, IEC, etc.)
Extract accurate 2D installation drawings, layout plans, and Bill of Materials (BOM)/Material Take-Offs directly from the 3D models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Drafting, or a related field.

Software Expertise: Highly proficient in [SolidWorks Electrical 3D, EPLAN Pro Panel, AutoCAD Electrical].

Technical Skills: Robust understanding of spatial visualization, electrical components, voltage separation rules, and BIM workflows.
