Key Responsibilities
Conduct research, formulation development, and laboratory experiments for current products.
Develop and improve chemical formulations based on product requirements.
Perform laboratory trials, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
Study and evaluate recent raw materials, chemicals, additives, and formulations.
Conduct product performance testing and prepare test reports.
Troubleshoot formulation and product-quality issues.
Support recent product development (NPD) and existing product improvement.
Conduct stability, compatibility, viscosity, pH, density, and other relevant tests.
Maintain proper laboratory records, experiment reports, and formulation data.
