Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head Talent Management to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and roll out the annual learning calendar.
Design and co-create training content aligned with organizational and business requirements.
Support the TM Head in designing frameworks and rolling out customized development programs for identified talent.
Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively drive learning initiatives.
Facilitate and deliver training and learning programs.
Manage Talent Management processes end-to-end.
Apply Instructional Design frameworks, including ADDIE, for program development.
Develop training content and conceptualize learning programs.
Manage data, reporting,



and analytics related to talent and learning initiatives.
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).

Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Solid focus on processes, outcomes, and timelines.
Positive interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
MBA/PGDM, preferably in HR.
Masters degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology would also be preferred.
