Job Description
The role is for a Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We're looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the experiential sector, to support our clients. We work in a quick-paced workplace, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.

Be an active part of the creative process - right from receiving the brief to executionn
Brainstorming with creative and client servicing teams on solutions for brandsn
Understanding Brand Identity Design and tonality of existing clients and working with their guidelinesn
Create and deliver graphic template, video content, motion graphics for content designn
Prepare design plan, concept, storyboard and layout for event space designn




Take forward the design template into product and collateral designn
Edit raw video footage and make films to amplify and archive the projectn
Making print files or final resolution files for exportn
Meet deadlines while executing designing projectsn

nEducational Qualification: Degree in visual or experiential design discipline
nDesired Skills:

Software skills: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Color Correcting, etc.)n
Have a creative thought processn
A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsn
Passionate about brand communicationn

Posses outstanding interpersonal and organizational skillsn
Up to date with current trends in marketing and design communicationn
