Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies across political campaigns, public affairs, and high-impact political initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid writing, research, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of politics, media, and public discourse.

Develop communication strategies, narratives, and messaging for political campaigns and initiatives. N
Draft speeches, talkingpoints, briefs, press notes, statements, articles, and other communication material. N
Conduct research on political, social, economic, and current affairs topics. N
Monitor news, media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging political narratives. N
Work closely with strategy, research, creative, digital, and media teams. N
Support media engagement and external communication initiatives. N
Translate complex political issues into clear, compelling, and audience-focused communication. N
Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all communication outputs. N
Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines. N

nRequirements

More than 5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Political Consulting, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field. N
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. N
Strong research, storytelling, and content creation abilities. N
Good understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, media, and public discourse. N
Solid stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. N
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. N
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. N
