About the Role

Ogha Health is looking for an MBA – Internal Sales Executive | Diagnostics to manage diagnostic enquiries, support patients with relevant service information, convert enquiries into diagnostic appointments and package bookings, and contribute to monthly sales and revenue targets.

The role involves regular communication with patients, structured follow-ups, appointment coordination, CRM management, and collaboration with diagnostic and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage diagnostic leads received through calls, digital enquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels.




- Understand patient requirements and provide information about relevant diagnostic services and packages.
- Support the conversion of enquiries into diagnostic appointments and bookings.
- Conduct timely and systematic follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
- Address non-clinical questions and service-related objections professionally.
- Explain diagnostic packages, pricing, inclusions, processes, and applicable preparation requirements clearly.
- Coordinate appointments with diagnostic and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, appointment, and sales records in the CRM.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and activity reports.
- Track lead conversions, diagnostic bookings, package sales, revenue, and pending leads.
- Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for repeat diagnostic services and relevant Ogha Health services based on patient requirements.
