Customer Service Executive – Voice Process

Salary: 30-40k CTC (Depending on interview)

About the Role

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process / Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls professionally and efficiently.

- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

- Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

- Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Meet defined customer service and performance targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience:



1 year of customer service experience preferred; freshers are welcome.

- Education: High School Diploma / 10 2 or equivalent.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good computer proficiency.

- Shift: Comfortable working in a pure night shift.

- Location: Local candidates only who can report to the office.

- Candidates must be available for an in-person Walk-In / Face-to-Face interview.
