We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Phagwara.

Location: Phagwara (Office Based)

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Handling customer queries professionally and promptly
- Liaising with the warehouse team regarding orders, deliveries and other customer issues
- Following up on customer requests and ensuring timely resolution
- Maintaining clear communication between customers and internal teams

Requirements:

- Positive written and spoken English
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer and email skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
