Role OverviewnWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who knows how to turn qualified leads into paying clients.
nYou will work with leads provided by MadBrains, understand their business requirements, recommend the right digital solution, manage discussions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
nThis role is ideal for someone who has already worked in a digital agency, digital marketing company, or IT services company and understands how to sell digital services to clients.
Key Responsibilitiesn

Handle and follow up with leads provided by MadBrains.n
Connect with prospects through calls, emails, meetings,



and other communication channels.n
Conduct cold calling when required to support sales opportunities.n
Understand client requirements, business goals, budgets, and timelines.n
Identify opportunities for digital marketing, website design & development, and UI/UX services.n
Explain services clearly and recommend suitable solutions.n
Conduct sales presentations and client discussions.n
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.n
Handle objections and negotiate pricing, scope, and terms.n
Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.n
Maintain accurate lead and chance information in the CRM.n
Coordinate with internal design, development, marketing, and project teams when required.n
Take ownership of prospects from initial qualification through successful closure.n
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to identify additional
