nRole Description:- The Customer Care Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. The position involves assisting customers by understanding their requirements and guiding them through suitable product options to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The role includes handling customer interactions across in-store, phone, and digital channels (chat), managing appointments, and supporting sales coordination.
nKey responsibilities :- include resolving customer queries, tracking service requests,



coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also requires upholding brand standards in customer engagement and contributing to overall store experience and presentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
Proven experience in customer service or support rolesn
Ability to drive customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-upn
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury customer service is preferredn
Willingness to work in office in Jaipur, including weekends and peak seasonsn
Attention to detail, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a rapid-paced settingn
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or POS systems is an advantagen
