Job Description:
We are seeking a well-groomed and patient-focused Guest Relation Executive to manage patient interactions and ensure a positive hospital experience. The role involves coordinating with patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital departments to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and attendants courteously
- Support patient registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge processes
- Act as a point of contact between patients and hospital departments
- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout their hospital visit
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and facilities
- Coordinate with billing, insurance, nursing, and clinical teams
- Maintain patient records and service-related documentation
- Adhere to hospital policies and service quality standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
