Solid understanding of Customer Support processes, including:n
Ticketingn
SLA managementn
Ticket routingn

Robust experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Middleware and system integrationsn

nKey Responsibilities

Design, configure and enhance customer support platforms based on business requirements.n
Manage and optimize ticketing, routing, queues, SLA and omnichannel workflows.n
Develop and maintain integrations between customer support platforms and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks and Middleware.n
Automate repetitive support processes using workflow automation and low-code capabilities.n
Gather requirements from business and customer support stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.n
Analyze existing workflows and identify prospects for process improvement and automation.n
Support platform configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.n
Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues and coordinate with technical teams where required.n
