nWe're looking for experienced L2 and L3 Network Engineers with robust hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, datacenter technologies, SD-WAN, wireless, network access control, and security.
nKey Responsibilities:

n
Manage complex incidents, troubleshooting, and day-to-day network operations across a large enterprise/datacenter estate.n
Support enterprise routing and switching, SD-WAN, datacenter fabric, wireless, and NAC platforms.n
Support 24x7 operational support and escalations, driving robust troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.n
Maintain excellent communication and documentation for BRM & client excellence.n

nRequired Skills:
n
n
Routing & Switching: VLAN, STP/RSTP, VTP, ACL, HSRP/VRRP, Port-Channel, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.n
SD-WAN: Cisco Viptela (preferred), Silver Peak/Aruba Edge Connect.n
Datacenter: Cisco ACI (preferred),



Nexus Switches, VXLAN/EVPN, Spine-Leaf Architecture.n
NAC: FortiNAC (preferred), ISE deployment, policy management, and compliance monitoring.n
Wireless: Cisco WLC, Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless (preferred).n
F5 Load Balancer.n
Network Security: Firewall, segmentation, VPN, AAA, ACLs, security best practices.n
ITIL/ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change Management (ITIL-based settings).n

nNice to Have:

Firewall knowledge – Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point.n
AWS/Azure Networking.n
ServiceNow, iTop.n
SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, PRTG.n
VMware and virtualisation concepts.n

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise/Data Center, CCIE Enterprise/Data Center, Cisco ACI, ITIL Foundation.n
