We are looking for a Credit Officer to evaluate and process loan applications while ensuring proper credit assessment, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Verify customer KYC, income, employment, and other required documents.
- Analyse repayment capacity, financial information, and credit history.
- Identify and assess potential credit risks before approving loans.
- Conduct customer and field verification when required.
- Recommend loan approvals, rejections, or appropriate loan amounts based on credit assessment.
- Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing.




- Monitor loan accounts and support timely repayment and collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare credit-related reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Good knowledge of loan processing and credit assessment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, or lending is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
