Ideal Candidate

- 3–10 years of experience as a Soft Skills/Corporate Trainer
- Experience delivering in-person classroom training
- Comfortable conducting full-day training sessions
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner-engagement skills
- Willing to travel within India as required
- Available for the complete one-week assignment
