Role Description

Corporate Relations Associate | Full-time | In office, Bengaluru

You will build and own Airtribe's network of hiring partners.

1. Identify companies hiring for the roles our learners train for, and onboard them as hiring partners.
2. Run cold outreach at volume across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
3. Understand each company's hiring requirements and pitch the right learner profiles.
4. Own the relationship end to end: interviews, feedback, closures.
5. Run hiring drives, career fairs, and employer engagement events.
6. Maintain clean CRM records and track outreach, interview, and placement metrics.

Measured on: hiring partners onboarded and learner placements closed.

Qualifications

1. 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, partnerships,



corporate relations, recruitment, staffing, or client servicing.
2. Track record of owning outreach end to end: prospecting, first meeting, negotiation, closure.
3. Has personally pitched and onboarded companies as clients or partners, not just supported someone else's pipeline.
4. Comfortable with cold calling, high-volume email and LinkedIn outreach, and handling rejection.
5. Strong written and verbal communication. Can hold a call with a Head of TA without hand-holding.
6. Consultative pitching: reads a hiring need and positions the right candidate against it.
7. Strong follow-up discipline. Keeps the thread alive till closure.
8. Can manage 10 or more corporate relationships at once with good organization and time management.
9. CRM systems, spreadsheets, and metric tracking as a daily habit.
10. Bachelor's or PG degree in any field.
11. Preferred: EdTech, recruitment, HRTech, staffing, or career services background; exposure to hiring drives or career fairs.
12. Can explain why AI-fluency matters for the roles you would be hiring for.
