Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kalamnuri. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR programs that align with Ugam’s mission of poverty alleviation and community empowerment. The manager will identify community needs, develop project plans, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure effective use of resources.

Daily tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, tracking impact metrics, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives that support CSR goals.



The role also includes building relationships with donors, government bodies, and community organizations, and ensuring compliance with relevant CSR guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Corporate Social Responsibility and experience designing and managing CSR initiatives.

- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess community needs, measure impact, and use data for decision-making.

- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with communities, partners, donors, and internal stakeholders.

- Proven Project Management abilities, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

- Experience with Employee Engagement programs that mobilize staff participation in social initiatives.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.

- Experience working with non-profit or community-based organizations, preferably in rural or low-income settings.

- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, with cultural sensitivity and respect for local contexts.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools; familiarity with CSR regulations and best practices is an advantage.
