Hospitality Division | Executive Leadership

We are seeking a high-calibre Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership for our Hospitality Division.

The position carries overall responsibility for operational excellence, business performance, profitability, organisational development, and sustainable growth across the division.

This is a top-management / executive leadership role requiring an accomplished business leader with the vision and capability to lead complex operations, build robust leadership teams, and drive the organisation towards its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the Hospitality Division.
- Translate the organisation's vision and business strategy into clear operational and commercial objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, cost optimisation, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Establish systems, processes, governance structures, and performance standards across the division.
- Lead and oversee multiple properties, business units, and operational functions.
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong senior management and leadership team.
- Monitor business performance through P&L;, KPIs, operational reviews, and management reporting.
- Identify and drive opportunities for business expansion, new ventures, strategic partnerships, and organisational transformation.
- Work closely with the Board, Promoters, and Top Management on strategy, investments, expansion, and major business decisions.
- Drive improvements in customer experience, service standards,



organisational culture, and brand performance.
- Ensure effective integration of Operations, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and other key functions.
- Lead technology adoption, process improvement, and data-driven management practices.
- Represent the organisation in high-level business, industry, and stakeholder engagements.

Ideal Candidate
- 18 years of substantial professional experience, with significant exposure to senior management and executive leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex, multi-unit, or geographically distributed businesses.
- Candidates from diverse industries with strong operational and commercial leadership experience will be considered.
- Hospitality experience is a significant advantage, particularly exposure to hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality groups, or large-scale service operations.
- Prior experience serving as CEO, COO, President, Business Head, Managing Director, or an equivalent senior executive in a reputed / high-profile organisation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L; ownership, business strategy, organisational transformation, and sustainable growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability, customer experience, and long-term business sustainability.
- Experience working closely with Boards, Promoters, Investors, CEOs, and senior ownership teams.
- Exceptional leadership presence, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
