Key Responsibilities1. Online and Platform-Based Consultation

- Conduct professional consultations with patients through the platform.
- Review patient information, symptoms, medical history, and relevant reports before or during consultation.
- Conduct appropriate clinical assessment based on the information available through teleconsultation.
- Provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, investigations, and follow-up guidance only where clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
- Maintain professional, respectful, empathetic, and patient-centric communication.

2. Women's Health Consultation

Provide skilled consultation and guidance for women's health concerns within the doctor's area of expertise, which may include:

- Menstrual irregularities
- Heavy or painful periods
- PCOS/PCOD-related medical concerns
- Hormonal and reproductive health concerns
- Vaginal and urinary symptoms requiring gynaecological assessment
- Fertility and pre-conception guidance
- Pregnancy-related concerns within the scope appropriate for teleconsultation
- Postpartum concerns
- Contraception and family planning
- Sexual and reproductive health concerns
- Perimenopause and menopause
- General gynaecological health concerns

The doctor must exercise independent clinical judgement and determine whether a case is appropriate for teleconsultation or requires physical examination, emergency care, diagnostic testing, or referral.

Clinical Documentation The doctor will be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate consultation notes.
- Documenting relevant patient history and clinical findings.
- Recording recommendations,



prescriptions, investigations, and referrals where applicable.
- Maintaining documentation in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements.
- Completing consultation documentation within the timelines prescribed by the platform.

Compliance, Ethics and Confidentiality The empanelled doctor must:
- Maintain a valid skilled medical registration as required for lawful practice.
- Follow applicable professional standards and medical ethics.
- Comply with applicable telemedicine and healthcare regulations.
- Protect patient confidentiality.
- Follow applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
- Avoid sharing patient information outside authorised systems.
- Avoid misleading advertisements, guaranteed outcomes, or unethical promotional practices.
- Immediately report significant patient safety concerns through the applicable escalation process

Eligibility Requirements The candidate must have:
- A recognised MBBS degree.
- A recognised postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, such as MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), DGO, or another legally recognised equivalent qualification.
- Valid and active professional registration with the appropriate medical authority, as applicable.
- Eligibility to provide medical consultations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Strong clinical knowledge in women's reproductive and gynaecological health.
- Excellent patient communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
