Care24.health is looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join the founding team and help build the company from the ground up.

About Care24.health

Care24 is building a cross-border healthcare navigation and patient advocacy platform to make complex treatment journeys simpler, more transparent and easier to manage.

Our initial focus is helping international patients, particularly from the outside market to india, access specialized treatment, Ayurveda and wellness services in India.

Care24 is being designed to support patients across the journey from organizing medical records, specialist matching and second opinions to comparing hospital treatment plans and costs, coordinating consultations, visas, travel and admission, providing on-ground assistance, reviewing hospital bills, and supporting recovery and follow-up.

Licensed doctors and hospitals make all clinical decisions. Care24 focuses on navigation, coordination and patient advocacy.

Your Role

As Co-Founder & CBO, you will own the commercial side of Care24 and work closely with the Founder to turn the business model into measurable outcomes.

You will

- Lead business strategy, go-to-market, revenue growth and commercial execution.
- Build strategic relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, wellness providers, insurers, employers and healthcare partners.
- Develop and validate international patient-acquisition and referral channels, initially focused on the GCC/Middle East-to-India corridor.
- Lead business development, enterprise sales, channel partnerships and commercial negotiations.
- Help validate pricing, revenue models, partnership economics, acquisition costs and unit economics.
- Support fundraising, investor relationships and strategic partnerships alongside the Founder.
- Identify expansion opportunities across India and international markets based on validated demand, economics and operational readiness.
- Take founder-level ownership for building a repeatable commercial engine—not simply advising or making introductions.

Who We Are Looking For





- We are looking for someone with relevant experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospitals, Medical Tourism, International Patient Services, Insurance, Enterprise Sales or Healthcare Business Development.
- You should be a self-starter and robust executor who can build relationships from zero, open doors, negotiate partnerships and convert opportunities into measurable results.
- You should be comfortable engaging with senior doctors, hospital owners and leadership teams, strategic partners, corporate decision-makers and investors, while remaining hands-on and grounded.
- An MBA, M.Tech, B.Tech or MCA from IIT, IIM, ISB or a comparable institution is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience, execution ability, integrity and founder mindset matter more than educational pedigree.

This Is a Genuine Co-Founder Opportunity

- Care24 is currently pre-revenue and developing its product and operating model. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to build, not someone looking only for a senior title.
- This is not an advisory or title-only position. The CBO will be expected to work closely with the founding team, take ownership, build relationships and execute from the ground up.
- The opportunity is intended for long-term founder-level involvement. Equity and commercial terms will be aligned with experience, contribution, commitment and long-term fit.
- Candidates who can begin contributing within the next 10–15 days are preferred.
