Clymber is an AI-powered, personalized CAT preparation platform helping students across India access the country’s top universities.

We believe access to high-quality education should not depend on a student’s background or ability to pay. Our goal is to combine technology, personalization, and strong mentorship to help ambitious students turn educational opportunity into long-term achievement and upward mobility.

Role Description

Clymber is growing quickly, and we are looking for another core team member to join us full-time and help build the company alongside us.

This is not a conventional role with a neatly defined list of responsibilities. As part of the founding team, your job is ultimately to identify what matters most for the company and make it happen.

You will work closely with the founders across strategy, product, growth, operations and work specifically on developing our AI features.

For the right person, the intention is for this role to develop into a Co-Founder position once we have established that there is a solid mutual fit.

Your work could include

- Develop AI capabilities
- Shaping Clymber’s strategy, priorities, and long-term direction
- Developing new product features
- Identifying and testing new growth opportunities & marketing initiatives
- Working directly on product development and improving the student experience
- Leading important projects from idea to execution
- Jumping into whatever problem is most important to the company at a given moment

In an early-stage company, priorities change quickly. We are looking for someone who enjoys that rather than someone who needs a predefined playbook. Who we are looking for




- You have a background in engineering & have built AI features, products or personal projects before
- You are highly ambitious and execution-oriented. You have worked on challenging projects before and can point to situations where you went significantly beyond what was expected.
- You take ownership. You do not wait to be told what to do. You identify problems, develop solutions, and move things forward independently.
- You communicate exceptionally well. You can articulate ideas clearly, challenge assumptions constructively, and work closely with others.
- You care about entrepreneurship & are passionate about AI. You are not simply looking for a job; you want to build something and take meaningful ownership of its success.
- You identify with Clymber’s mission. Education, technology, and expanding chance are problems you genuinely care about.
