Catalyst Psyche Inc (CPI) is a mental-health organization focused on making evidence-based psychological support more accessible, practical and outcome-oriented.
We are building a cooperative mental-health ecosystem combining therapy, psychological assessments, psychoeducation, support groups, workshops, content and technology-enabled mental-health services.
About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with 2+ years of relevant experience to join CPI.
This is not a role limited to conducting therapy sessions & Assessments. We are looking for someone who is interested in contributing to the growth and development of a mental-health organization through clinical work, client engagement, content, community programs and mental-health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Clinical & Client Care
- Conduct individual/Couple therapy sessions within your qualifications and professional competence.
- Follow up with assigned leads and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Support client engagement and continuity of care.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and records.
- Participate in case discussions, supervision and team meetings.
Mental Health Content
- Contribute psychology/mental-health content for digital platforms.
- Contribute approximately 1 substantive psychology/mental-health blog per week or equivalent approved content.
- Help develop psychoeducational resources.
- Suggest content ideas based on client needs and emerging mental-health themes.
Support Groups & Workshops
- Help conceptualize and facilitate support groups and psychoeducational groups.
- Contribute to CPI Master Classes, workshops and mental-health programs.
- Support college, community and corporate wellbeing initiatives.
- Help develop scalable online and offline mental-health programs.
Clinical Operations & Growth
- Provide feedback to improve intake, lead follow-up, client experience and therapist workflows.
- Contribute to clinical SOPs, resources and outcome-tracking processes.
- Contribute to improving client retention and overall quality of care.
What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in counselling/therapy or mental-health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good clinical documentation and professional ethics.
- Willingness to work beyond only therapy sessions.
- Interest in content, psychoeducation, workshops or community mental health is highly desirable.
- RCI registration/qualification will be an advantage, particularly for candidates with Clinical Psychology credentials.
- Most importantly: ownership, initiative, learning mindset and genuine interest in building mental-health programs.
