About the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Aundh, Pune. The role involves handling international customers through a blended process of Email, Chat, and Voice support.

Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Email, Chat, and Voice.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Customer-focused and willing to learn.

Mandatory Requirements
- Comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
- Willing to work from office in Aundh, Pune.
- Comfortable with a blended Email, Chat & Voice process.
- 5-day working with rotational weekly offs.
