Sarna Stonex is looking for a confident and relationship-oriented professional to manage customer enquiries, maintain CRM follow-ups, and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and digital enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain complete and updated CRM records including lead status, next action and outcome.
- Coordinate quotations, samples, product information and showroom visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and institutional buyers.
- Identify upcoming projects and relevant business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, inventory and management teams for timely closure.
- Track lost leads, repeat business and referrals, and maintain a easy CRM MIS.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
