- Prepare and process customer bills accurately in Tally.
- Handle cash, UPI, credit/debit cards and other payment modes.
- Manage the retail store's cash counter and daily transactions.
- Perform daily cash counting and cash reconciliation.
- Verify bills, discounts, offers and payment details before completing transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for billing, discounts, exchanges and customer orders.
- Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of bills, receipts and payment transactions.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience to customers at the billing counter.
- Handle basic customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Report any billing, cash or payment discrepancies to the management/accounts team.
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of cash and other payment records.
- Follow all company billing,



cash-handling and customer-service SOPs.

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier in a Retail Store is mandatory.
- Retail billing experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Tally billing is mandatory.
- Cash-handling experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of UPI, card and other payment modes.
- Strong numerical and calculation skills.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to deal with customers politely and professionally.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Honest, responsible and trustworthy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
