NPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead development efforts on the ELERA POS (Point of Sale) Flutter application. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter/Dart development, architectural design skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for a complex enterprise POS system.

Design and develop scalable Flutter solutions for complex POS features N
Lead technical discussions with external stakeholders and local team. N
Review and approve codefrom team members, ensuring quality and consistency N
Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks N




Participate in planningand estimations. N
Provide technical guidance on complex problem-solving N
